1. Report Your Claim
If you need to make an insurance claim, contact us as soon as possible by completing our Contact Us form or sending us an email. Although claims cannot be submitted online, our experienced claims team will guide you through the insurance claims process and provide you with the appropriate claim form.
2. Claim Assessment
Once we receive your completed claim form and supporting documentation, we will assess your insurance claim, gather any additional information required, and liaise directly with the insurer on your behalf. Where necessary, we will arrange for a surveyor or other specialist to inspect the damage or loss.
3. Claim Resolution
We work closely with insurers to ensure your claim is handled efficiently, fairly, and as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed and provide expert claims assistance until your insurance claim is resolved.
